PCM Recruitment & Kicking Policy
The Goal:
All new members are to be recruited via a meet hosted in PCM2. Details below.
All PCM members are active and known to a lieutenant of higher.
Drivers are clean and respectful players who at a minimum know how to stance cars when required.
New Kicking Policy for members not Running PCM as active & are Inactive 2mths +
First members to go will be inactive members who currently do not run PCM as active. To find these members you’ll need to click on their profile and see they’re last activity. If it’s over 2 months this falls into being kicked.
When kicking you must post to each member the below message and attempt to invite to PCM2 if their profile allows you to. (Sometimes if privacy settings are up it doesn’t let you.)
Message: Sorry kicked due to inactivity and not running active. Your welcome back once active again. We have sent an invite to PCM2 4 when u return.
PCM Recruitment meets:
1. To be held by commissioners of PCM2
2. No need to be on mic, but your welcome to host via mic – Personally I’d avoid it if possible cause you’ll end up telling people what to do which isn’t the point.
3. Send out crew messages that lobby is open and to bring their style of car.
4. Get a few of the PCM members in the lobby to judge with you.
5. Don’t tell them what to do much besides the odd message. Cruise to a couple of spots and see who cruises cleanly.
6. If they didn’t stance their car but they ticked those 2 items above, ask them if they know how to stance & ask for them to show you.
7. So if they can cruise cleanly, have a clean taste (i.e. no RICE) & can stance when required. Please then check their social club to see if PSN tag is visible. If it is invite to PCM.
8. If it isn’t give them guidance on how to if you can be bothered. (it gets a bit annoying cause ppl find it hard lol)
Welcome Messages to ppl requesting to join PCM & PCM2 & Who to Invite to PCM2
Who to invite: Anyone that has requested to join PCM or PCM2, we'll do cleans of PCM2 once a month. But we'll also post a daily link to the crew rules and to have PSN tag visible.
Message: Welcome to the AMS & PCM community, u have been invite to PCM2 for recruitment purposes, meets will be daily to get into PCM. Make sure u have PSN tag visible, read rules on forum and behave well at meets. For crew playing style check YouTube: AMS Tuning
Sign your SC and PSN if you want to assist in this process.
I’ll also be doing a massive restructure of crew ranks when I get a spare couple of hours.

PCM2 is our feeder crew now. We'll also put a bit of a push on growing AMS members in the next month also.
