This thread was made so that PCM1 and PCM2 Commissioners have a understanding of how we should host and lead our meets
1. Commissioners should not bomb on other players just because they don't follow your every command.
2. Commissioners should have a point/strike system, example, 1 strike for every minor rule that person breaks.
3. Commissioners if a member is not following the rules, try to communicate with the member, try messaging if they can't hear you.
4. Commissioners when posting a in-game message, let it be polite, straight forward, and welcoming.
5. Commissioners when kicking/banning please make sure its not from personal grief, also make sure to post why that member was kicked/banned.
6. Commissioners when communicating in a big meet, make sure to control the volume, it can get loud if many people in the meet has a mic.
7. Commissioners this is very important, treat everyone in your meet with all of your respect, don't disrespect anyone just because they're a lower rank than you, or personal reasons. That will NOT be tolerated, we PCM and AMS are a community and don't need any Commissioners giving us a bad reputation.
8. Commissioners sometimes in a meet, members will sometimes give suggestions on what to do or where to go, don't explode on them and assume they are trying to run your meet, just politely decline their suggestions.
9. Commissioners when co-hosting with another Commissioner or member, make sure to come to an agreement on the activities that takes place in the meet, and who's turn it is leading the pack.
10. Commissioners when promoting, make sure the member has a basic understanding of the rules, knows how drift, drag, and drives clean.
11. Commissioners when facing drama in meets, keep it as minimum as possible, whatever happens in that meet, stays there.

PCM2 is our feeder crew now. We'll also put a bit of a push on growing AMS members in the next month also.
